Age Groups and Awards:
10K Awards - US Citizens Only* (see info below):
Top 3 overall men and women will receive $750.00, $375.00, and $200.00 respectively. Top 3 men and women masters will receive $400.00, $200.00, and $125.00 respectively. The men and women who take first, second, and third place in each of the following age groups will be awarded $80.00, $50.00, and $40 respectively. The age groups are as follows: 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60+. Collegiate and high school athletes are not eligible for cash prizes. Please note, cash will not be distributed on race day. Checks will be mailed after the race.
*Exceptions to US Citizen Only Policy
Exceptions to the US Citizens Only Policy may be granted at the sole discretion of the race director. Examples that may be considered are graduates of American universities who have exhausted their NCAA eligibility and are currently enrolled in post- graduate school and foreign citizens who are working in the US as a direct result of a full-time job requirement. There is no obligation for the race director to accept any request for an exception and no obligation to explain a denial of request.
5K Awards
Awards will be given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers, male and female, in the following age groups: 13 and under, 14-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60+
The race will be chip timed. No chip, no time, no award.
